Finding a Welsh Springer
Encouraging responsible breeding is a WSSCA priority. The Welsh Springer is a wonderful breed, but a Welshie isn’t for everyone. Meeting WSS and their owners at dog shows or other events, learning about the breed, and talking with breeders is the best way to learn if a Welsh Springer Spaniel is the right dog for you.
Looking for an older dog?
Most Welsh Springers are placed as very young puppies, although occasionally breeders look to place an older dog. We recommend you contact breeders in your area for availability.
